I brought my 9 month old in for a regular Well Check and it went well. The front desk was helpful, the Dr. was efficient and kind. It was quite a bit of a wait but I understand as they are busy. I do love that they are willing to help families or people in need without insurance and have payment plan options available.

After a few appointments here I've finally decided to look for a new pediatrician for my kids. On one occasion I arrived on time and the staff took forever to get to me. There was only one girl running around, maybe they were short staff. I communicated to a short Hispanic girl that seemed to be the assistant to the pediatrician that we had to leave for a different appointment. She was very rude about the situation and got an attitude. A week later I had a appointment with my daughter this time, I received a phone call that they had to cancel my appointment and they could only reschedule it a month later otherwise I had to look for a new doctor. It sounded like the same girl. she was very rude about it, once again. The pediatrician herself was a kind woman. Seems like she is in need of a new assistant. Everything happened around February 18, I am not the type of person that likes to write negative reviews but this behavior is not acceptable especially when you are working with babies. I am just now writing the review I wish I would have done sooner.

1 star for the lady at the front desk. She was nice. they called me day of appointment to tell me id have to go to a different location due to their internet issues. So i said okay and let them know id be behind a bit on the time since its its 38 minutes away and I cant get my daughter out of school until 230 due to testing with a 3:20 appointment is cutting it close. They said itd be okay. Then called them again when I was about 9 minutes away, which again they said it was okay and they'd make note on chart since there was a 15 minute grace period, got all the way there, filled out the paper work, got her back there, checked her vitals and everything just for them to tell me they canceled my appointment on me because i was late. Why do the vitals and get her back just to cancel her out. Then when I stated that they were notified multiple times of the time frame, they couldnt find any documentation on this and kept offering me a reschedule. I Will NOT reschedule and will NOT be back. Unprofessional. You could've saved me the drive and stress in this just letting me know ahead of time.

After the horrible experience I went through at my last doctor's office, I was headed to find a new one. Chose this location because it took my insurance and they had appointments weekly. From the time I called to the time of my appointment was only a week and that was my choice. They have a huge parking lot out front so parking is easy. Location is easy to find. Checking was simple and easy. The front desk staff was really nice and very helpful in explaining different things to me. The doctor I saw Dr. Jone's,He was great. He really took the time to listen to what I had to say instead of rushing me through my appointment. He seemed generally concerned with my medical history and trying to find the right approach to handling my future help needs. We came up with the plan that we both agreed about and he prescribed me medications and sent them over to my pharmacy. He also sent me set up referrals for different doctors for two different health problems. This was amazing considering this was the first time I had been to this clinic to see a doctor and they really are taking things seriously with me. I love my babies Dr. Sandra Gooding, she’s honestly the best. She makes us very comfortable and loves to play with my baby which makes him so happy. And the front staff is so nice too they always help out with anything.
